Everything the register was doing, done properly
Six tools that replace the notebook, the group chat and the “let me check and call you back”.
One calendar, every court
Walk-ins, phone bookings and online players all land in the same grid. Two bookings can never take the same court at the same hour — the system refuses it, so you don't have to remember.
Walk-ins in seconds
Take a booking while the customer is still at the counter. Check them in, complete the game or mark a no-show in a tap — and every change is recorded with who made it.
Know who paid
Record cash or digital payment against each booking, including part payments. Today's takings and everyone who still owes you, without opening a register.
Offers and loyalty
Run promo codes with a percentage or flat discount, cap the maximum, set an expiry — or give regulars every Nth game free and let the system count for you.
Memberships that hold the slot
Weekly to yearly plans that reserve a real recurring hour on a specific court. The slot is genuinely blocked, so nobody books over your monthly members.
Your customer book
Every regular, team and club in one roster keyed by phone number, with their booking history and your own notes. It stays yours.
Your whole ground, on one screen
Open the app in the morning and the day is already laid out — who is coming, which courts are free, and what is still unpaid.
- Every court side by side, so you can see the whole ground at once
- Tap an empty slot to book it; tap a booking to check someone in or take payment
- Membership hours are held automatically — nobody can book over a regular
- Closed hours are greyed out for you and disappear for players

It works the way your ground already works
We didn't translate a foreign booking tool and hope for the best. These are the things it has to get right here.
Cash is still king
Most ground revenue in Nepal is cash, and we don't pretend otherwise. Record cash, digital or a part payment now and the rest later — the booking tracks what's actually been collected.
Saturday is the peak
Your busiest day is Saturday and it starts before dawn, not a Sunday-to-Monday week borrowed from somewhere else. The calendar is built around how Nepal actually plays.
Rain and festivals happen
Close one court for a repair or the whole ground for Dashain in seconds. Those hours immediately stop taking bookings, and open back up when you say so.
Phone bookings count
Plenty of your bookings still arrive by phone call. They are first-class here — same grid, same customer record, same payment tracking as anything booked online.
Your ground, on arenanp.com
The hours nobody books are the ones that cost you. Your ground gets a page where players already searching for a court can find it and book the slot themselves — no call, no back-and-forth.
- Your photos, your sports and your per-court pricing — you write the page
- Players see the hours that are genuinely free, straight from your calendar
- A booking made online lands in the same grid as your walk-ins
- Every listing is checked by a person before it goes public

We review it, then you're live
A person checks the listing before it goes public, so the directory stays credible. Your own calendar and bookings work from day one.
Free to list. Free to run.
We are building the network of grounds first. While we do, the system costs you nothing.
No listing fee
Put your ground on Arena NP and keep it there without paying anything.
No commission
Money goes straight from the player to you. We don't sit in the middle of it and we don't take a cut.
Your customers stay yours
Your customer book is your property. If you ever leave, it leaves with you.
To be straight with you: this is free while we grow, not free forever by contract. If we ever introduce a fee we will tell you well in advance — and you keep your bookings and your customer list either way.
The things owners ask us first
What does it cost?
Nothing today. Listing your ground is free, running your bookings is free, and we take no commission on what you earn. If we ever introduce a fee we will tell you well in advance — and your customer list stays yours either way.
Do I have to stop taking cash?
No. Cash is how most grounds in Nepal get paid and the system is built for it. You record what was actually collected — cash, digital, or part now and the rest later — and the booking keeps track of the balance.
Most of my bookings come by phone. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Phone and walk-in bookings sit in the same calendar as online ones, with the same customer record and payment tracking. Nothing is treated as second-class because it didn't come through the app.
Can players book my court without asking me first?
Online bookings confirm straight away and appear on your calendar — that's what makes them worth having. You stay in control of what's bookable: your opening hours, each court's price, and closures whenever you need them.
I have several courts and more than one sport. Does that work?
Yes. Each court is set up separately with its own sport, hourly price and slot length, and they all appear side by side on one day view.
How long does it take to get set up?
The account takes a minute. The venue setup is five short steps and you can save a draft partway through. After that a person reviews your listing before it goes public.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Your customer book belongs to your venue — names, phone numbers, history and your notes — and it stays with you.
